Cat 1 asses?
I've been training. Doing some longer rides and feeling like I'm getting my fitness back. 4 weeks off for the ribs and about 4 weeks to be back to normal :)
Great photos! I miss seasons (except winter)!
Nice! Well done!!
I got back on the bike last week. My ribs feel really good. I just have some tightness down that side of my body, I had a lot of bruising on my hip that is finally gone. I'm able to stretch and do...
Wow! Well done!!
I crashed in Utah! But yeah, we're broken.
Tucson is nice!
I was more concerned about a "surprise" sneeze Matt! Maybe I'll carry a pillow around with me just incase :p
Hiccuping on day 2 made me cry...crying also hurts a lot. It's a cruel injury!
I'm in my second week of broken ribs. I miss my bike. I also miss sleeping and being able to laugh. I am terrified I'm going to sneeze (I'm avoiding cats, children and pepper).
Anyone have any...
Thanks. Yeah, I was really close to getting around the crash but a sliding bike took me out :-( I have 2 broken ribs that hurt like heck but at least it was my last race of the season.
Catching up after a crazy week. Congrats!! I was there too, raced 40-44. That's a very strong finish. Well done!
Yesterday's finish was awesome! I love watching Froome Vs Contador on a climb. Froome looks even more awkward when next to Contador dancing on the pedals, but is somehow climbing almost as well!
First year of bike racing:
8 crit races, 3 circuit races, 4 road races, one uphill TT and One stage race. Lot's of podiums, primes and fun!
Ended up the season at Master's Nats in Utah....
Did you do any other races? I did the RR yesterday (ouch) and have the crit today.
First world cyclist problems...... j/k
wow! great pictures creaky. Thanks so much for sharing (and making me super jealous!!) :-)
Nice! The AZ ones are ugly. But then again so is our flag!
Are you going to wear that out and about??
Nice! That's a good amount of climbing. It's a struggle to get 10k climbing in here.
This is good info, thanks. I'm going to probably need masters points if I want to go 2-1 in a calendar year due to small field sizes here (as well as my inability to sprint).
Nice work SUL, FF and Ygduf!! :thumb:
I did. Nice RR and PR Teton! Some good, positive stuff in there :-)
