    If you have a cassette style hub I would just get a smaller cog for the rear. It will cost you about $20. I think a 16 or 15 would be about the gearing you may want in FL.

    Both work, it depends on the asthetic you are looking for. I would add that the TB14's have eyelets which make it nicer to build but you spend much less time building than you do riding wheels.

    Also, the S3 tube set has an oval top tube which won't work with a lug. You can substitute a OX Plat top tube that fits the lug.
