So much of jealous right now.
Id add to that make sure its round. Although that might seem like a ridiculous statement, the lower end chainrings can be ever so slightly ovalled. very difficult to spot just looking at...
Have a look at this thread http://www.bikeforums.net/track-cycling-velodrome-racing-training-area/878988-track-racing-frames-complete-bikes.html . You will get a whole lot of info on track frames...
Interesting to see that it looks like Hoy is running a) Shimano's and b) cleats with float.
haha! yup. All that airflow through the legs - i'm hearing you.
Thanks for this. Really interesting
I definitely don't think Paleo is extreme - i think its awesome. French fries and milkshakes as a regular thing (as tasty as both are), would really do bad things to my system (blood sugar issues)....
This eating for sport thing has been an interest of mine for a long time. i'm not an expert, but i have a life-science background which helps with separating the wheat and the chafe.
Thats not fun >_<

This happens a lot, but in my experience people are VERY quick to get off when you come back and need to unwind. Can work in everyone's favour - i've 'borrowed' rollers when i need to be at the...
They listened! The update is already available. Thx
Nice, Dalai. :)
+1 on being far from alone. Going too slowly in a turn early on in your track career is almost a right of passage..
hope you bounce back quickly
A friend dropped his new smartphone in a portaloo... and retrieved it (it was right at the beginning of the event).
We've got a huge road fun-ride that happens here ever year - 35 000 people,...
My brain only did have one thing to worry about - survival!
We're currently ramping up to Nationals (early April), so have had a couple of big sessions. Tuesday (big gear day - ~4-6" bigger than race gear), coach decided we're doing 12 x flying 500s. Nice and...
I do high bar squats, because my back-strength is more of a limiting factor than my leg strength, and low bar engages the back far more. I'm certainly no expert though. Quinn8it (and alot of other...
expound a little further?
