2.5 seasons for me.
Nothing really to tell, it can be windy or dead calm. Basically a 70 mile crit. They moved the course to the other side of the freeway from last year. Rolling/flat crappy pavement. My kind of course,...
To get on Eric's good side maybe try to bribe him with some molson and hockey memorabilia. Chuck's report was pretty spot on, super windy and guys cracking everywhere. The results page doesn't do it...
not even in the same realm. That's a 5+year old wired srm. I think that price is fair at best. If it was wireless with a pc6 or 7 for that price it would be a great deal.
EA70 stuff is pretty cheap and plenty stiff.
If you want some early season suffering come to CaliAggie next weekend. People always seem to bring their June-uary legs for it.
The 1/2 race is kind of a waste. It can be icy/rocky, no money and too short for training.
Just surviving and riding in out a "crit" with 4000ft of climbing.
Cant see my face but trust me on the suffering.
First 90+ degree crit of the year and we missed the break suffer till you blow
I use 3M 77 and to remove any residue use some goo b gone. The remaining glue will ball up and roll off.
Cat 1 is easier to get these days and much less meaningful than 15-20 years ago. There are probably 20-30 1s on this forum vs 200 in the country.
practice using these instead
waiting for my ec90s to come back from easton and a couple other bits:
Holy short cables! I'm all for short as possible cables but that looks like it would bind up.
Looking at your results you're a heck of a sandbagger in the 4s. Nice win, time to move up.
Same boat as Crash, I went from a super6 to a caad10 and could not be happier. Budget friendly and race ready.
I had a set of Carbone SL's and they were silent, at least the freehub was. The rims are super loud.
the only racing I'm doing and the suffering is huge.
Warm up. the clinched jaw should indicate what's coming....
Tour de Nez NRC crit
oh yeah, hurled out the back and trying to ride solo as...
read through urbanknights link but the short version is pro tour only riders. Sorry, your not going to make it. Best bet would be to find the smallest country with an Olympic program, apply for...
no but frame weights vary wildly. if they give a weight for a size small(and lightest of tested smalls) then a medium/large/extra large would be much heavier. I would not be surprised at all by an...
you are missing lots of little things like tubes and rim strips that add up. You are also using claimed weights which are always low.
