I hate seeing a slammed forward saddle on a seat post with set back.
I've tried Elite cages and they work well. The colors options are great but I'd rather stick with my King Ti cages.
Thanks!, they are amazing bikes. From what I've heard, BMC was kind of a...
I'm not a huge fan of the paint job but the white is a nice touch. IMO, the SLR01 looks a lot better.
I usually leave a cm or two on top of the stem for resale purposes.
Since everyone loved my first bike, I'll post my crit bike as well!
I did but I'm not going to change anything because of this thread. LOL, let me buy some Arundel cages because someone on the internet didn't like my choice in cages.
Fair enough. However, taste or visual appeal is subjective. I'm completely smug with the choices I've made concerning my bike. I can appreciate everybody's opinion, but in the end, I didn't build...
:thumb: Some people spend too much time worrying about how their bike looks rather than riding.
I've only seen the GF02 with a compact. I just checked BMC USA's inventory and they only show an option for a compact.
We have a 2013 in the store and it has a English threaded BB.
Super fun bike to ride. I've been eyeing one as a gravel grinder/rain bike.
Agree to disagree! :thumb:
After SRAM purchased Quarq, they slowly pushed out the non SRAM options. Also, I've had too many issues with Quarq units DOA.
Thanks, however, I prefer my King Ti Cages to carbon cages. The cage was better bottle retention, it's easier to reinsert a bottle and they're the same weight as most Arundel or carbon cages. ...
Click on the picture... I'm not sure why the attached picture is so small.
Thanks for the great feedback. IME, Quarqs are not the most reliable and SRM doesn't have their PC8 available yet. Secondly, using a SRAM crank on a DA bike would be a tragedy. I've...
2014 SLR01 with 9000, Enve 3.4s and Stages Power Meter. With a computer, the bike is 14.5 pounds.
Bike is way too big. Your saddle is slammed all the way up front to compensate for your reach. In reality, your saddle position should not be dependent on your reach issues.
My current bike has 9000 and it's simply amazing. The biggest improvement is in the front shifting and braking. I really enjoy the modulation and feel of the brakes and cables. I have 6800 on my...
Zero offset seat post with a slammed forward saddle, for shame. Secondly, your saddle looks angled up.
Makes me want to vomit.
Thankfully, the bike industry is pretty firm on at least advertising and posting MSRP on bicycles in store. A lot of our bikes are sold at MSRP. However, we also add a few services that are an...
