i like the black seatpost.
you said s1 was better looking, and i didnt refute that but added that the two frames are very, very similar where it counts.
you said they would not be called similar by a random person. i...
s1, no doubt.
the visual nod i too give to the cervelo by a good margin. while factory and geometry generally do not contribute majorly to appearance, they are of course quite important...
haha, though the neuvation f100 and the cervelo f1 were both made in the same factory, caribou, with the similar geometry and tubing.
then shades over or under bag?
again, those performance numbers are not retail prices, but on that sale, no doubt great deals for new stuff. im not aware of neuvation ever selling for the quoted retail price a la bikesdirect, and...
with those numbers, i was speaking to each the brands entry into di2, not that they are made of the same stuff. they greatly differ in ways much more meaningful to actual ride than material.
the comparison was made in reply to the assertion that the high price was largely due to di2 so a like group makes them comparable in that context. the fc100 was available at the time of the...
comparing a di2 complete to a di2 complete. the fc100 was also carbon.
im just saying that the di2 entry point is 35% lower and not that they are made of the same material. the 2x00 carbon di2 neuvation was the fc100, as mentioned in march 2012.
i was referring to retail pricing, and neuvation has the f100 at 2300, 35% less than the altamira 2.1 at 3500, as their entry point for a di2 complete.
as long as you are the right size, those...
neuvation differentiated up with the current carbon model. you can still get a neuvation complete with di2 for 35% less than a fuji, 2300 to 3500 with the neuvation coming with an ultegra crank.
it was the steady price on a previous carbon model. newsflash: prices have increased over the last two years.
fuji makes fine stuff, but they wont beat mail order pricing.
they did a year and a half ago. check your dates.
you know nothing about neuvation.
damn, this is nice: http://bikeshopwarehouse.com/cgi-bin/BSW_STOR20.cgi?Action=Details&ProdID=27
a stem and top tube that "agree" and functionally make sense is even sexier.
you already know, s5.
do you feel spread out in the drops because youre accustomed to grabbing the tops with a narrow grip? maybe try narrow ergonovas.
dont use mechanix gloves with untaped bars because theyre felty and slip too much.
i had a downward sloping toptube and a zero degree stem. not only was it awkward, but somewhere an engineer was facepalming. upward sloping top tubes increase stiffness.
that guy also put you at kops, haha. if you use your drops at all, thats 120mm lower so dont sweat vertical reach. if you go uphill quickly at all, you wont want to sacrifice 20mm of longitudinal...
