    Sweptback bars are best for me, but may give knee overlap with short TTs. Has more back positions than drops.

    An IGH bike is for sure the way to go there, Sturmey Archer hubs are best. Especially their 90mm Front dyno drum brake hub. Mine has 15,000 miles including 4200 miles on tour hauling a 130 lb bike....
