As for Dahon with 16" wheels, there's also the Curve i3, but it doesn't fold as small as a Brompton.

  5. Replace single 52T chainring with compact 56/34?

    Hello

Out of curiosity, is it possible to upgrade a Dahon Mu D8 from a single 52T chainring to a compact 56/34 and get a development of 1.6 - 7.5m?

I happened on this page that sells even...

Am I correct in understanding the trade-off for folding bikes:

    The X-RF8(W) accepts a "20 to 23 or 25 teeth sprocket". According to the Sheldon Brown page, combined with a 44T chainring and a 20T sprocket, I'd get a development of 2.4 - 7.7m.

    I read somewhere...

As for the riding dynamics, what about changing the suspensions for something harder?
