Yeah - you get what you pay for when it comes to cold weather gear.
I actually have two winter coats, multiple pairs of snow pants & toques/mitts for all temp ranges. And two pairs of snow boots.
I'm so confused by this. In my world everyone owns a "winter coat".
Non-winter people are weird.
I was sure it was BC, until I saw your current location.
I'm so SMRT.
I've just started running again (it was the last thing I did before it went bad). I'm taking it easy & ramping up slowly.
I don't know that I've really found a solution. I have a good...
Congrats! What kind of things do they ask in the interview? "Have you ever harvested organs for money?" "Would you ever harvest organs for money?"
"When does it get easier?"
I have an (almost) 3 year old. I'll let you know. My son was a bad sleeper - like up every 45min bad sleeper. Luckily he started sleeping better (up once or twice a...
My dad shaved his beard (big, bushy, "mountain man" beard) when we were little. My mom had to spend a couple of days convincing us that he was our dad & not some creepy stranger.
It was pretty good. Nice soundtrack & good humor.
Send me a PM at least???? I won't tell anyone. For all my faults I'm really good at keeping secrets. I'm actually keeping one right now, but I can't tell you it.
So much potential in this thread & so much letdown.
I knew a Blaze. He was a pretty good downhill MTBer. I always joked that his name would have sucked if he was more into Star Wars than sports.
You're so sweet, I just want to eat you up!
I'm super intrigued now - you have to tell us what it is. Or spell it backwards or something if you are worried about someone googling & finding this thread...
My son's name is Colin and my phone autocorrects him to "Colon" all the time. I think it's kind of funny. Every name can be made fun of - just try to avoid anything super obvious.
Suck it up. Not your kid, not your choice.
The Chiro that I saw this time was nothing like the one I saw as a teenager. Much more into muscle manipulation & 'gentler' manipulation than bone-cracking.
She made me pain free - I can't...
My real doctor gave me some pain pills that didn't help & told me to see someone else (physio/massage etc).
Is it a generalized pain, or concentrated in one spot?? I had some serious (I didn't leave the couch) back pain a few months ago that was diagnosed as an SI joint issue. Chiro did more than physio...
For commuting alone, disks. My next bike will have them for sure.
I love me some Olympics. And since I'm in Canada we get good coverage. And the CBC did a really good job of their app - I'm impressed.
Do you mean around Devon? The Devonian era was quite a while ago... :P
It is a lovely area - lots of road riding/mountain biking to be had. As long as you are above the river you'll be good...
My brilliance is generally elusive.
How has no one yet asked if he was blubbering?
