How is your neck, shoulder, and elbows? I get hand numbness caused by super tight forearm muscles. It could be a problem farther up the chain.
Can't speak to that specifically but I know a guy who made like 160 of 200 miles of Dirty Kanzaa and he was having hand problems for weeks afterwards.
Medical schools actually train people to recognize these sorts of things.
Except those guys who are known for just getting by and not having a good training ethic despite still being better than 99% of the human population.
At what level did you play baseball? I would like to compare our resumes.
You don't seem to get that "sticking with it" really doesn't cut it at that level.

Most American sports require a similar set of attributes. Being big and strong are 2 of them. Cyclist can and do succeed at sports where the desired attributes are similar to cycling. Cross...

He forgot to mention morons with earbuds in.
I use an electric razor but my wife constantly steals my Chremo Creme for her legs. Says it works really well.
I'm 29 and thats not too much higher than mine is normally.
I can think of a couple of muscles that some of you guys need to seriously work on if you can't unclip outwards.
Meh, depends on the workout. My average cadence on an outdoor ride is right at 100 but some of my trainer workouts are set up to do high resistance/lower cadence.
I used to weigh 235. Wouldn't wear sleeves ever. Now I'm 158 or so, frozen constantly but even with all the extra clothes I go up hill so much faster.
How many feet of climbing over that 60 miles?
Yeah I typically wear a summer weight long sleeve under armour type shirt and cycling cap for 70's.
On the rides that I was talking about most of the guys not wearing sleeves or tights are probably 50+ pounds heavier than I am. I'm cold right now just sitting here in the office.
