well after 5 weeks of nothing, i am back. had Pneumonia for a couple weeks and lost crazy weight....then went to Colombia and gained crazy weight.

i prefer strava though as it also integrates with garmin if you ever get one of those.

i think on a high speed descent, they NEED to be where they are most comfortable, have the most confidence...and for some (me) that's in the drop position. I would not be comfortable or confident...
