I'm always disturbed by 3-D Marge Simpson, because her hair looks like an enormous blue raspberry.
Nice, I'd like to have a folder in my stable. Today I set up internet in my new apartment. Settling in is a slow process.
^^ Nice try guys.
I still want one of those leopard saddles.
Nice work! Do Mundialitas have a good reputation? I got one on a used bike I bought a while ago, but tossed it aside because I like a much slimmer saddle.
If you can get over the toe overlap issue, you'll have a much wider range of frame to choose from. It's basically a non-issue anyway.
Wabi, Surly, Heavy Pedal.
I like the idea of versatility with a cross bike, but if you already have a MTB for going off-road, you might as well just get a road bike.
^^ Ahh, that makes sense. I've only ever used older skewers that were made for horizontal dropouts.
QR on a fixed gear is no problem in and of itself, but I guess some skewers don't have sufficient clamping power.
Beautiful bike. What kind of gear inch does that setup work out to?
Only problem is you lose style points for having the lever on the drive side.
That's why s/he does so many wheelies!
Probably not necessary to redish the wheel either. But yeah, don't even bother with a tensioner,
Nah, it's good. The track nuts are silver.
And those DP18's. Such an irresponsible build.
I must have this frame.
Thanks for all the wheel building tips and resources!
Thinking about trying a wheel build sometime soon myself. Do you have a truing stand?
Ooh, zombie thread. I like 48-17 for fixed on the road. My freewheeler is a little more chill at 42-16.
You should definitely do it.
You can probably just add grease and repack the bearings if there's nothing wrong.
How come your Cannondale says Cervelo on it?
