I guess my goal is to maintain my cat 1 status, I just love all the bragging rights and special doors that it opens! Although, as a 45 year old it is kinda silly. How do I downgrade....?
I haven't been below 90 since April. Although, I am hovering there right now.
Muddy cross pics really show the suffering!

I would shoot myself - I don't think I could do that at all.
I am 6'1" and 157lbs. I have tons of Castelli. Everything from bibs, jerseys, speed suits, sanremo suits to cross suits and I wear a medium. It fits great but I like a tight "race fit" you may not. A...

Wow, good on ya!

I second Light and Motion. I have a few of their lights and really like them. The Urban 800 and the VIS 180 are a great start. Great beam patterns and the tail light is super bright.
We have a DEXA for body comp at work. I need to get it done
tetonrider is racing in Wyoming, only 10 people live there anyway, how many could be racing?
I'm trying to up my post count - want to be accepted around here!
Forgot about Shimano, duh! I agree, I think they developed it. Roval also does 6 bolt, at least my Control SLs are 6 bolt (love those wheels.)
