smell the something, that's for sure.
hmm... now that i'm looking at montana de oro, i think i might have to change our plans around... this place looks great! their environmental sites sound pretty cool and the surrounding wilderness...
thanks for the recommendations. as much as i love big sur, it's just too in-between our two destinations. maybe once we get closer to carmel/monterey i'll keep my eyes open for some fire roads. how...
i figured some of you may have experience doing this and i was hoping to get some ideas. my girlfriend and i will be driving up the coast mid-august and hoping to camp along the way. we're leaving on...
holy jim to trabuco.
what rear rack is that?
can't wait. socal cross released their schedule last week and i have lots of stoke for this season. interbike and cross vegas should be fun.
if you're tracking your stats at a CX race you're doing it wrong. gotta get that KOM on the run-up!
anybody know of any good fire roads or single track in south lake tahoe? we're staying right by fallen leaf lake and taking the bikes with us. it looks like there's a closed road all the way around...
throw some dura ace on that crux... butter! i was || this close to buying a crux disc frameset when i found a smokin' deal on a brand new redline frameset with some extras. i love those bikes.
the best thing i did in the last year was sell my road bike and buy a cross bike. as much as i loved my road bike, i have so much more fun on this thing than i ever did on that one.
have: DA 7900 standard crankset. 53/39... used, but in good shape.
want: ONLY DA 7900 COMPACT crankset... 50/34... used, but in good shape.
nothing else. no 7800, no sram red, no ultegra SL....
dope! i need a SSCX bike so bad.
ridge park is also a *****. i think it's around a 500' elevation gain in one mile, around 10% grade. my photo stitching app sucks.
just watch out for midnight drunks, bums, and dog walkers.
why are you riding on the sidewalk in the first place?
i've ridden ridgeline a few times and each time i had to tack back and forth. modjeska's a suffer fest too, both are super fun. i love santiago canyon.
last time i was there some cholos were trying to sell a look 585 for $4K.
as a road bike rider, why in the F would you ever choose to ride on the beach path?
did i miss why the dog had to be put down?
