I just got our new team kit a few months ago, and it already stinks. I've tried many washing methods, including adding some simple green; I don't sweat like crazy, I wash jerseys and bibs after one...
Your heart rate stays elevated for a while after exercise, especially after a race. Inability to sleep is inevitable.
i was told that it's sort of an unwritten rule that one team shouldn't have more than 10% of the field, which seems reasonable and fair.
a nap after exercise kickstarts HGH

Home mechanics, what are the best ways to store tools? I've got a workbench in the garage with a lower shelf and some plastic trays right now, I want to do better than this. Pictures are helpful.

The season has started!
After seeing the aftermath of several gnarly crashes, I was easily convinced to race with the P/1/2/3s. This didnít make me any less nervous, however, and...
Sunny ride in the hills then a training crit win, another good day on the bike. I think we may need to resurrect the Race Report thread...or start a new one.
too freaking much, dammit
3 hours today. Coach keeps telling me to go on some more long easy rides in favor of the original plan of sprints and threshold stuff, it'll be 4 in a row tomorrow. 200 miles/12.5 hours in the past...
4:36 in the hills and along the coast, such a nice day! Only planned on 3.5 hours, oops...
