Colorado Craft Brews
This is pretty comprehensive for non-race events in CO 2016 Colorado Bicycle Rides and Events
The site also has lists for other states bordering KS, but I've never looked at them.
#1 is up and down Pikes Peak.
This one was awesome too:
I was too terse. My goal next year is half a million vertical feet. I didn't quite make that this year, 4% shy. I knew a few weeks ago that it was out of reach.
Half a million vertical feet. This year I'm at 478,694 with one more ride to go.
I suggest counter-clockwise because it's preferable to ascend Cottonwood pass on the dirt side instead of descending. I don't have first hand experience with your route from Walden to Steamboat, but...
The trip back to Steamboat is scenic. There are some nice vistas of ranches in the valley with the mountains in the background. You don't have to go all the way to stagecoach to get those views. ...
I don't think that stagecoach is a very interesting destination. It's a big reservoir surrounded by sage brush. The main (only?) reason to go there is water sports.
There's a program called Little Britain available from my cable provider, but it must be different. It's definitely American and when fast-forwarding through a couple episodes, I never saw a tandem.
In the past week I saw two movies that showed a couple riding a tandem. The first was the old John Wayne & Maureen O'Hara movie The Quiet Man. The other was the more recent film Adult World. In...
Maybe Tandem | Kent Eriksen Cycles, but I think those are one-off custom bikes, and you don't need a custom bike for geometry.
Cycle-Ball: Never seen skill and dexterity like this before. [VIDEO]
I suppose as long as your stoker isn't taking pictures, you're not dicks.
I bought our tandem while my wife was away on a business trip. Before she left she knew I'd been looking at tandems and told me there had better not be a tandem in the garage when she returned or...
Pikes is a great ride. It is difficult and the road is in excellent condition top to bottom. It costs $12 a head :(
The Squaw Pass road has a shoulder now. I don't recall how far up the road the extends. It is much nicer now that it has been repaved.
The time is here. I encountered these people zipping up Cottonwood Pass in June:...
Breck to Como over Boreas Pass is a dirt road former railroad grade. It's not technical at all. I've seen people ride it on single road bikes with skinny tires, although that's not a particularly...
Maybe you can get a copy/print shop to print this pdf on durable paper: http://www.liveurbandenver.com/files/119/Metro%20Denver%20Bike%20Trails%20Map.pdf

This year will be my 5th Ride the Rockies.
Adams County to connect South Platte River Trail to Littleton - The Denver Post
Maybe it only works on some browsers, but I can see topography in the new google maps with the Terrain link near the search bar:
I use the earth overlay, or the satellite image in...
You have 2 route choices, US-6 & I-70 shoulder or 74 through Bear Creek canyon. I wouldn't even consider the latter during rush hour, and the I-70 section of the former is likely to be unpleasant.
I love the motion blur. Photogs at events I've ridden always position themselves where you are riding uphill the slowest, probably to make sure they can focus (as well as get nice mountain scenery...
