Cool. After 25+ years in IT, I'm always interested in hearing about why folks have a preference one way or the other. I'm personally anti-Apple! :)
Why would you even want too?! :)
Once again I see your point, but there are plenty of folks that don't care about "sharing" this data or using any tools for analysis other than the ones the product comes with.
I thought the...
Only bogus to anyone that cares about Strava. Plenty of folks don't. And the extra step is only a minor pita imho. :)
Kingsqueak, where did you purchase it from? How much? Discount? :)
I'll let you know. I've had a Garimin 500 for ther past couple of years so I should be able to make a fair comparison. I've had other Sigma products and they were all very nice.
No, but I think you can use the code 10BSWOFF at BikeSomeWhere to get an additional 10% off the bundle.
Great timing, I was going to start a similar thread. I have used 2 Sigma products in the past including a ROX 9.0 and have been very happy. I switched to a Garmin 500 a while back as it was a gift...
I have a cracked rear derailuer pulley on my 2010 Red derailuer that I would like to replace. Are there compatible pulleys that don't cost $100+?
Too late! :)
Don't think so.
Orbea support in the US is in Little Rock, AR. :)
Never mind. I got off my butt, did a little searching, and found my answer. I'd delete this thread if I could.
I'd find it hard to believe that they'll replace it and not just re-glue (or whatever) the cable guide. Hopefully they'll send back my headset and BB bearings if they do in fact replace it.
I have a 2008 Tarmac Expert with an Ultegra 6600 BB (english thread). Can I swap that for a SRAM Force BB? Are they compatible? Which model SRAM Force BB should I get?
SRAM Red BB. Easy to take off. Left bearings in and fork attached as they said OK. Off to ship! :)
The retail shop where I bought it is no longer an Orbea dealer. Contacted Orbea directly and they want me to send them the frame. Un-assembly in progress. :)
Thanks for the tips everyone.
It's a 2010 frame purchased at the end of the year. It has never been crashed.
How might I go about fixing this?
Have used both Shimano and SRAM. I prefer the shifting and feel of the SRAM.
SRAM Red ROCKS!!! E'nuff said.
