Yeah, there's quite a bit of variance in manufacturer's suggested circumferences. Measuring the roll out is the best way to get more accuracy.
Might be a bit overkill though :lol:
I have a 2009 Vienna 2. I use it for commuting and it's served me quite well. The quality is good and its a good looking bike :) My model year came with a suspension seatpost so I had to swap that...
Did a 6 mile ride in a torrential downpour. Didn't originally intend the ride to be that short or in too bad of rain but had to cut it short...
Had a blast in the rain though! :D
I know I woulda done it if the minimum wasn't so high. There's no way I could raise a grand on my own...

A saddle bag (with spare tube, tire levers, and multitool), a frame pump, and water bottles and cages. I also have fenders on my bike for rainy days.
That's basically all i carry.
