Nice bike esp the colors and Scott's do have a good reputation. Enjoy your bike as much as you can and be safe.
He'll have to make sure he doesn't crash his "jewels"
Great report and thanks for sharing.
I was supposed to ride then had family emegency on friday till sunday. Anyway i'm looking forward to next year.
Been off the bike for 5 day. Rained today but was still able to get 1.5 hrs on the bike and did some
Tabata's 12x (20+10), plus couple of short sprints. Felt sluggish, not sure why.
Are there any hills on this particular ride? Are you doing it solo?
I'm 5 8' and ride 54cm
I have Boyd Vitese wheels 28mm from last year and love them, do it all wheels, light for climbing, racing and training. This season I went with Williams 58mm carbons wheels due to the price...
Taylor Phinney 6 5"
Is he/she UCI certified? I always wonder how much 'weight' has on someone's career.
Good points and thanks for sharing. Might be looking for one next season. I was approached by a coach but she does...
Shid! that's Kevin Martin (nba) weight and the guy looked frail :)
Got mine last month and love em' (Williams 58mm). We don't have hills where i live but rode them on some hilly places 3 times and they din't feel heavy at all. One thing i noticed with 25mphr winds,...
Good job finishing healthy. Atleast you know your weakness.
Good thing you hired a coach and hopefully he helps advance your cycling ambition. Is he local or one of the online type :)
Thankfully I have a Felt f5 that I plan to race on in may...cost $1,200 and one of the lightest bikes I've ever had.
30 miles in today with crazy winds at 25mphr. Sometimes cruising at 30mphr and eating wind at 15 mphr, overall a good ride before 150 miles to Austin on saturday
ha ha...same here.. did a 30 mile solo,
very nice. How long did it take you from 301-315?
That's funny. Being doing it ever since i saw a personal trainer have his students do it. One thing i din't realize is your knees have to be outside your hand. Good tip.
Best dollar value. Picked up a tip. thnx
I like this kind of interval where your body will decide when to stop and the clock. Will try this next week when I start commuting to work.
