That's no good.
That's an easy choice. One of my bikes is black and white and the other is white and black...now, that is a tough decision to make.
But...they both have speedplay zeros. Because, that is what I...
30ish miles of easy riding with a few hills tossed in (moderate to light effort up hill).
"training status" is a sensitive realm lately
today I sat on the couch, ate lunch, sat on the couch some more..i'm trying to replicate my cat's training methods
wtf? So, their mistake and you're SOL? I can see why people aren't too keen on the guy's events.
slept in and missed Coffee Republic (50 something mile group ride with some climbs), so I went out and did something like 40 miles of tempo. Got home and tinkered with bikes:
-changed crankset on...
Sounds about right for me, too. I have a roller and I'll use it sparingly. It hurts like a sonofa... when I do use it, but it seems to help clear up isoloated pain issue (e.g., knee or shoulder).
I'm always a little wary of these kinds of blogs. In the past 5ish years or so there has been an increased development of fitness "experts" that seem to have one objective and that is to buck the...
or cult vibe
I use an SMP Forma and see that Hylix has a similar shape saddle that is like 1/4 the price of an SMP carbon. May check it out.
Sac River Ride. Smaller group with quite a few up at Cascade I assume and lots of wind, but still plenty of speed and plenty of attacks. Good fun.
This...yeah things aren't bad, but I'm not waking up whenever I want, going to school for a couple of hours, doing some homework, then having a ton of free time. There were just so few actual...
so so so very true
I think Sagan has Tour of California-itis. When he was over here, hillier "sprint" stages that filtered out Cavendish and Degenkolb were his for the taking. He'd even have time to plan his...
Poor Sagan...2nd again.
45 minutes? Wow, I don't have that much spare time, but could probably fit in 10-15 minutes and would likely see some improvements.
I do a bit more than this, but not much right now.
Will check it out. Thanks!
What's your routine? Frequency? Tools?
I NEED to get better with this and only do basic stretches on occasion. Stretches are limited to some hamstring stretching, hip flexor stretching, and...
Was being more tongue and cheek with the prime comment ;), but it really is a bummer to see a local guy get popped. Even worse when the story on velonews lead with him rocking a "Ride Clean" kit at...
Bummer to see a local guy get busted. Did he take any primes from you? If so, go knock on his door and ask for them back.
Was this at a USAC event? If so, there should supplemental coverage as part of your license? I forget what the coverage is, but it seemed generous (I came across it too late to submit a claim).
Yeah, not sure what's up with Sagan. It's like he races for 99% of the stage then waits for counter attacks that he can counter off of. In the past, it seems he used to just put his head down and...

If you've got some downtime, the Orica-GreenEdge Backstage Pass youtube videos are worth checking out.
Two bikes can be nice. I was racing a Leopard earlier this year, but crashed and cracked it. Having a backup bike (Giant TCR) was great since I could keep riding while the Leopard was off for repair....
