    I would suggest you change the rear derailleur...

    I would suggest you change the rear derailleur with the crankset. The front der can be on your second stage...my experience is that the rear der is the most important one.

    I would go for the tubulars...I have never tried using rear discs...but is it true that you only feel the effectiveness of rear disc wheels if you are running 25mph or higher?
