There is no need to pay attention to polarity of the cables as the dynamo hub has AC output. However...
I have openned my cyo.
Remove long screw from the center of the housing, then remove heatsink and LED.
Then you can pry the reflector out of the housing.

There are two different type Alfine crankset.
Single and double chain guard type. Double chain guard type has 9.5mm longer axle.
If you remove inner chainguard and 1 spacer it fits 73mm shell.
