    Ride, nap, ride

If feeling a bit zonked after a nap I find a combination of splashing cold water on my face, a coffee, swig of water and handfull of trail-mix does the trick. A good blast of Rock 'n Roll helps too :)

    Ride, nap, ride

I often hang my mini-hammock up for a midday siesta on tour.
20 mins or so power nap, a coffee and banana and I'm roaring to get back on the road :)
