a) if you keep moving them
You allow the slowest turtles to keep passing DNA. Turtles get slower over time.
b) you stop moving them
The slow ones die. Turtles get faster.
Either way we're screwed. We'll have to deal with hordes of helpless slow turtles, or we'll be constantly running from lightning fast sprinting turtles.
