A good place to see alt bikes is at the annual May Day Parade in Minneapolis. Here is a link to a page with some pictures of the 2003 parade. Everybody's favorite bike is the one that does somersaults. 2003 parade There were probably about 50+ bikes this year which is pretty good because it snowed on the parade.
Workers of the world unite! Those are some cool bikes, I did my night time bike ride with some friends on May Day with by commie soviet flag on the back of my bike. Lots of honks and strange looks.
Wow everyone looked looked they had a blast! I hope 2005 was just as excellent as 2003! (I'm a little jealous) Have the Fremont Solstice Parade to look forward to
