Pure Sweet Hell- cyclocross movie
This flick is definitely worth a plug. If you're lucky enough to live near a screening location definitely don't miss it. If you see it twice, the second time, I recommend a 24oz beer in a paper bag- every time somebody gets buried in mud take a drink. The beer won't last 10 mins. But seriously, kudos to Brian Vernor for showin' the love! Awsome footage of 70's races when men were men (and the women were too) as well as lots of more recent U.S. events and Nationals. This film rocks! Your local bike group can arrange for a screening by contacting Brian- it might make a good fundraiser. Even the wife enjoyed it, and is a (little) closer to "getting" cyclocross. I guarantee you'll want to take your cross bike out to the local park for a midnight ride afterward, I did! Brian, if you see this, good job dude!!!! We want the DVD!

As the Producer of both The Hard Road and PRO and as a cyclocross racer, I'm really anxious to see this movie.
