I just read about a new exercize to IMPROOVE UR BALANCE....
The beauty of this one is that u can do it whenever u're bored.....and it's not incredibly straining....

I've been doing it for about a week and i've already noticed a differance....

>>>>for this u need one of those exersize balls....

there's four steps, when u feel comfortable move on to the next one.....

FIRST
u sit on it and take u feet of the ground and find ur center of gravity

SECOND
u're on ur on ur knees like u decided to rest from kneeling and are sitting on ur feet

THIRD
u kneel on the ball, u can use ur hands on the ball at first to get use to it but eventually u do need to stop using them to move on.....

FORTH
the hardest, u stand on the ball, it's best to practice this step in a hallway or where something is hanging over ur head so u can grab on to it when u first step onto the ball and begin to balance.....(i learned the hard way)

after this u practice mavouvers such as squating and other things that will keep ur stablizors moving......i prefer channel surfing.....and i suprising even forgot i was kneeling on the ball tonight while i was watching a movie!!!
