i'm definitely turning it into a singlespeed first, but what to do to it next, chopper forks would be cool, any other suggestions?

If it's a steel frame, find a second frame and some welding equipment and build a tall bike.

Electric motor--fairing--fak-tank for batteries---springer forks--wrap and epoxie the frame---flame fade paint--layed on banana seat--with chrome leather grips for starters
