I see alot of road biker riding thru Pinole and Hercules to Rodeo on San Pablo avenue on weekends. I wonder what their route is and which bike club?
I do the entire length of San Pablo sometimes from Oakland to Crockett, and then usually to Port Costa for beers afterwards. It's a pretty good ride.
I haven't done San Pablo for many years, isn't it terrible for traffic and stop lights?
I'm up in Hercules on business about once a month, but the trips have been too short to take the bike. Seems like San Pablo is the only road that goes straight through, other than the freeway. Has anyone taken the bridge across to Vallejo?
