I would love together with some cyclist and ride this year. I am only open during the weekdays for ride htough.
Drop the excuses and ride
weekdays after work are great! there was some discussion in the "moving to denver" thread in this forum about riding in/near the tech center after work, as many of us are in the area. That would work great for me, especially with the days being longer I could squeeze in some after work rides.
i woke up one morning and i stepped out of bed | had to get a bike, had to paint it red
Of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories that are the most precious.
Awwww.... no takers? Doesn't look like we'll have more than 5 inches of snow, max!
Looking for Thursday DTC area if we have a good melt off.
Drop the excuses and ride

Steve I am starting to get alittle lonely on the trails myself. What kind of riding are you into?
Drop the excuses and ride
Club Hypoxia has a group ride starting at REI at 9 AM on Sunday. Planning to ride to Golden, Lookout, Evergreen, Morrison, C-470, Platte and back to REI.
It will be a social ride... lots of stops to regroup.
I'll be there! I'll in the back but I'll be there.![]()

I'll be hitting the trails today and tomorrow, just riding from Cap Hill to confluence park, maybe further. Hit me up if you're down.
How often do you folks get together? I'm coming south mid-May for 10 days to visit family in Highlands Ranch and ride. Most days I'll be on my own. One of the Ride Leaders of the Denver Club tells me they have some rides in May so I'm waiting for the May schedule. But, I've 10 days to fill and would like to have company as I acclimate to the altitude and get in as many miles as I can.
Considering what could be I am blessed with what is.
Never give up. Keep trying. When the end comes let them find my body still trying.
There are a couple of us down here in the Ranch, PM me with the your dates? I'm sure we can work something out--
Hey y'all! Don't forge to check out the Club Hypoxia web site for additional group rides in Colorado Front Range area.

RMCC is putting on the Foothills Climbfest coming up this weekend. This is a timed event which has around 10K climbing in 80 miles. Must be a member of Rocky Mountain Cycling Club to participate. If nothing else, these can certainly be used to judge your progress.

Any BF'er in Denver want to do me a solid? I would pay for your time and shipping, of course.

RMCC New Years Day Century. Weather permitting, of course. Last year it was brisk, to say the least. There is no support provided, but being a group ride, there is generally no one all by themselves. If the goal isn't the full 100, then there are numerous turn-offs to cut the distance.

Are there any chill slow rides in Denver, maybe stop for beers kinda rides? Mixes bike types welcome? Too many groups are either fixie or road bike only kinda rides.
I will be in Denver this weekend, Anyone want to point me to a faster training style ride over the weekend?
Is this thread dead? I'm looking for new people to ride with in CO.
I just joined today and am bummed that htis seems like a dead thread. If any one wants to ride let me know. I like to ride Deer Creek, Bear creek/red rocks/dinosaur ridge/ lookout loop mostly. I live in Lakewood.
