Some energy and bounce at last

After this last long winter, with neurosurgery, heavy medication, kidney stones, lithotripsy, skin cancer removed, and related weight gain, I have felt sort of like a log while biking. Just no energy nor oomph.

At last, today, I felt like I was riding the bike rather than the other way around. I had some zing in the legs, could accelerate, and managed pretty well against a 15 mile headwind on a 9 miles slight upgrade, and it was fun coming down, also.

Anybody else feel like they are getting their energy back?

Glad to see you're back Dnvr, just getting over the winter doldrums myself!
