I read the string of reaction and counter-reaction letters and concluded that I still want nothing to do with Critical Mass.
Did a "bicycle-friendly" cop actually treat some cyclists abusively, or is there more to the story than this apparently biased newspaper wants to report? I was not there, and I am not convinced that I have read an objective account of the events.
I agree with John E. Critical mass doesn't help our cause one little bit. It only marginalises and p*sses people off. I want nothing to do with it.
