JR just renewed his sponsorship on VeloBase.com, so I know he's still in the business, sometimes it takes a while to hear back from him, other times I get a response within a few hours. Thus is the case when it's a side business as I believe the decal gig still is for him.
The Legnano down tube decal looks very much like a set I purchased for my first Grand Permio. That decal was not very good, in my opinion. It was sloppy, incorrectly sized and had jagged mis-matched lines...Also has a bunch of stuff on ebay now. I've ordered from him, no complaints.

I am not sure that it is the same decal but it does look a great deal like the ones I installed on my Legnano.

I ordered decals first week of March. Got them at the end of April. I called JR and he had been sick. That is what has caused the delay
