    Brother's...been there, done that one. The LaX party scene is fun, but I don't think I could do it on a regular basis. Octoberfest is soon approching..

    I have hundreds of Moab photo's - most don't have bikes in them though.

    Here's one of my youngest son at an overlook of the Green.

    Strangely, I have almost zero pic's of me in Moab. Maybe I should hand someone else the camera once in a while.
    I think the big thing in following a diet like this is some discipline in your life. You've got to be able to say no to certain things.

    I've been either going there or living there for about 22 years - Lotsa pics.
