More 1" quill stems w/ 31.8 clamps?

I like the 31.8 size bars and am happy to see more offerings. However, for older bikes with threaded headsets, there aren't many stems available. I know I can use an adaptor, but I would like to be able to get a quality quill stem with the 31.8 clamp.

Presently, the only one I know of is made by Kalloy. Are there other manufacturers that will offer these soon?

I'm posing this as a general question, but I'd especially like to hear from Thomson, Salsa, 3TTT and Ritchey as to whether they have plans to offer these.

I may be wrong, but I suspect that would not be a very profitable product. Still, I will try to corner them as well and see if I can get someone to respond here.
