Well I don't know about London, but here in the NW it's great. The suns out, not warm enough for shorts, but great weather to ride in, my favorite time of year
I grew up as a kid idolising those hero's in the Tour de France, Indurain and everyone like that. It was almost a childhood dream to ride the Tour de France. The last 2 years my childhood dream which became a reality has been pissed all over by certain members of the peloton. - Bradley Wiggins 27th July 2007.

Down in the South East- We have just started the first signs of Autumn and cooler nights coming in- Bit of Wind but Rain- No sign at all. It is forecast but ain't arriving on time. So good riding.

Have never lived/worked/trained in London, but I have done all three in Scotland.

Riding/training year round is not a problem up there, so I doubt it's a problem in the big smoke.

Speaking of weather, my daughter will be studying in New Castle from January - May. Seeing how packing for the stay is going to be of major concern what's the weather like during that period (frigid to cool/cold to mild/temperate to hot)?
