Geo for the 57cm for the Kilo TT and the KHS flite 100 below:

from the mercier web site: http://www.cyclesmercier.com/geometry_tt.html

head tube angle-73.5 seat tube angle-74 bb height- 282mm chain stay length-403mm

From the KHS web site http://www.khsbicycles.com/Images/Ge...geo-road-a.jpg

head tube angle-75 seat tube angle-74 bb height-275mm chain stay length- 401mm

KHS has a steeper head tube angle, a lower BB, shorter chain stay and the front fork rake is different as well.
Hate to do this to you, but you're reading something wrong. From the geo charts you provided, what each company calls a 57cm bike offer a 75 degree HTA with 74 degree STA and 401mm chain stay length.

hate to do this to you, but you're quoting a post that's a year and a half old.

Well I just bought a 2009 Flite 100 frameset, new in box, for 180 shipped! This will be my second fixie, first custom build. I ride mostly in the city and medium distances. Flat terrain and some cobble streets. Looking for recommendations on parts. Def wanna put the bulk of money into the drivetrain. Super stoked! Suggestions?

I just ordered one from the same guy more than likely.

Mine is getting turned into a single speed. I was suppossed to get my frame delivered today, but of course it didn't show. He shipped via USPS, so all bets are off. Getting a frame from the US Mail truck is a new one for me.

    I will post some pics.

Well in my brief experience with fixed gear, I can tell you that you don't wanna go too big! I'm riding a 61 and it's killing me! I feel better on a smaller bike. Does anyone in your reach have a 50 you can try? My gut says go for the 50. I was gonna get a 54 but KHS makes 55 obviously!

Just got my "Amazon Green" frameset in the mail.

WOW! The paint is flawless, the frame is very well made. I am actually shocked at the quality, I expected much, much less from a $180.00 frame.
