    they don't respond to email questions regarding order, unless it is a "canned" auto response. I am still waiting for the order to get out of the "processing" phase. Why do I have a bad feeling about this place? Probably because I smell a rat. I am going to keep a close eye on my bank account.

    I've used them a number of times and they've always had great service. I just bought a few more items from them the other day that are due to arrive tomorrow.

    Couldn't return a rim, no RMA issues, error was in my favour by $20. All other orders gone as planned.

    I'm happy to say that I've never had to contact their complaints dept.

    I placed four orders with CRC between September and November and all were delivered without a hitch - no problems with the goods or delivery times.
