A caffeine addict falls off his bike attempting a radical turn on a slick road. Not only does he break his collarbone, but also his jaw. The doctor says they will have to put him in traction and wire his jaw shut.
The next morning he is going through hell because he can't get his morning coffee. He calls the nurse and pleads for a cup of steaming hot coffee. She says there is no way he can take anything orally as his jaw has not yet set. He continues to pester until finally she says, "Well we can try it via an enema, but it could hurt."
The guy really needs his coffee, so he says "What the heck, but I like it steaming hot." The nurse warns him, but he persists. So she fills an enema bag with steaming coffee, and proceeds.
The guy starts to scream. The nurse said "See I told you it would be to hot." "No," he screams through his wired jaw, "you forgot the sugar!"
