    Bikeparts.com, great customer service

    I ordered a $5 part from bikeparts.com -- I got a personal phone call when it turned out it wasn't in stock, followed by superb customer service with respect to different part. The part came into stock the day after, and their shipping to Hawai'i was terrific.

    All in all, an unmitigatedly positive experience, and I recommend them to anyone.

    Hm, great site I must say. A huge selection though, but only problem is that of the item I'm looking for, they're out of stock.
