    yippy yippy yippy!

    I was so confident this morning after getting this certificate , I set out to attempt my first century on the first beautiful sunny weekend this year and after recovery from a knee injury. Unfortunately I died at 80 miles and limped home making a 91 mile ride. I've been zonked out delirious from lactic acid poisoning ever since or maybe it is just the excitement or emeritus status!

    I got to that point a while back but the good thing about it is that I've kept it off since 2004 which was
    probably harder than I'm making it out to be.

    Yep, keeping it off is just as hard -- or as fun depending on how u look at it -- as getting it off.
    But one look at this thread can offer hope to some — realizing there is definitely such a thing as a permaclyde — that many more of us have been able to lose it than some of us ever would have imagined.
    Kudos to those who have gone before, TS and more, who have blazed the trail of two-wheeled body shrinkage. (Well, at least the parts we did want to shrink ;-0)

    Hey Tom, get another certificate ready!!!

    I weighed in at 202 lbs this weekend. I think that by next weekend I'll be under the 200 lb mark!

    I was 260lbs four years ago in July of 2004.
    Down to 215ish in July 0f 06
    back up to about 240 for all of 07 when my wife was pregnant (pre and post baby)
    Now currently at 202lbs on August 2, 2008.
