I'm thinking of taking a summer job in Tangier, Morocco. Does anyone know if there's decent road cycling in and around that city? Thanks for your help.

I will be moving to Rabat Morocco next year and I am too trying to find out about road cycling conditions. Have not found any specific articles but Youtube video's look pretty darn good for cycling.
I lived in Ifrane 10 years ago and travelled all over Morocco. Can't speak for road riding, but the mountain biking is amazing. Times have probably changed, but at that time there weren't any shops (Fez, Meknes, Casa, Rabat) that had parts for high end bikes, so we (riding community) brought everything with us when we'd leave for vacations.
