    Gore (RideON cables) kudos

I purchased a set of Gore Ride-On derailleur cables. The housing included in the pkg was insufficient to run full housing so I contacted Gore and they promptly sent another length of housing at NO COST.

    Specifically, Lois was very helpful.

    Thank you Gore!

I didn't realize these were back on the market. Thanks for the heads-up!

Just to clarify, the package was not inadvertently missing the extra housing, it was by design: they assume that most riders will not run full housing.

They also have the brake cables available, but I chose to go with a lower cost cable (Jagwire full housing). I'll see how it works out, but I suspect that the greater tension applied to the brake cables will not require the Gore level of protection.
