Any body read Lethem's latest: THE FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE?

If so, what was your take on the BIG message, i.e. the transitory qualities of all the dreams we have (e.g. Abraham's art, the Brian Eno piece he talks about at the end) which all fade in lieu of the real life we live (all that Dylan tried to leave behind in Brooklyn)?... Thoughts? Worth the 511 pp.?
