That's a really nice looking frame. The rest of the build does not do it justice. I would like it more as a winter training type roadfix, with drop bars + (white?) hoods, possibly some raceblades, nicer/ non BOTB cranks (some old 600s would be fine and theyre pretty cheap to get used) and a fork that matches better.All right, I'll play. Hate on this conversion. . . It's a Schwinn Tempo with Columbus tubing.

Yea its tubular. I got it for a deal so what the hell. That is the tire that came with it. I think i will replace it with a sprinter gatorskin. I have also been thinking about some drops but Im having trouble picking some out as this is my first bike thats not a bmx and I dont have much knowlege on the matter.
Oh and the pedals are just temps. Having trouble decideing on some pedals as well.

It's actually the Dealer Technology Evaluation Sample.
Risers are carbon, and the ridiculous rise prevents me from having to jack up the stem. The increased visibility and comfort from the more upright position is worth it.
The Raleigh decal is under the clearcoat. And it's an aluminum fork. Carbon fork is on the list for upgrades, in addition to a better crankset.

Damn, i retract my snub, I just had to check that you didn't buy the whole kit...
I know it would be crazy, but there is a hed. 3 on your bike, so I don't know what to expect.
