Well, apparently, it could be any combination adding up to "seven". Seven is the critical number, but you must first take in consideration the alignment of the planets. The buyer should also to do a tarot reading to determine the chances of reaching a ripe old age prior to riding the bike, since it apparently doesn't have functioning brakes. Wonder what that seller will spend the $50 on

Falcon Re-Painted Road Bike - $100 (Onalaska, WI)

"I spray painted this old Falcon bike a sky blue with some hints of lavender. There are some white clouds as well. The rims are spray painted blaze orange to ensure visibility on the road. Brand new seat, tires, back breaker pads, handle bar wrap, and chain. I am 5'4" an it is too tall for me. I have to stand on a curb to get in it. I paid $60 for the tires, $12 for the handle bar wrap and $25 for the seat. Plus spray paint, which isn't that much."

Fast, rims perfectly true, rides great...but don't ride it... 'cause it got the "death fork"...great gift for someone you have taken out a large life insurance policy on. Only $800 for a bike you can't ride 'cause you'll get killed on it. Like buying a vintage '72 Chevy Vega for $25,000 'cause it got "that lousey 4 cylinder aluminum block engine".

Old Ass red bike - $165 (Elkhart)

I got an old ass red bike. It's got one speed. It's got those old brakes where you push backwards to stop, so if you like to swing the pedals backwards when you go down a hill and pretend like you're flying, keep looking. This ain't the bike for you. It's got stock rims (or spokes, whatever, I don't care...), stock seat, stock handlebars. This bike is for riding around town looking like a badass. It's slow and handles like a boat on gravel. So if you're one of those health nut-types that likes to ride a bike through the woods and up hills and junk, keep looking. This bike ain't for you. I have no idea how tall it is, and I don't care, so I'm not going to measure that for you. It's big enough for a man. I'm 5'9" and I rode it. If you're somewhere between 4'11" and 7'2" I think you can ride this bike. If nothing else, it would look hilarious, and that alone is worth the price. The price, by the way, is non-negotiable. I just don't feel like negotiating, so I'm not going to do it. If you want to trade, I'll entertain offers, but mention it beforehand.

You can email me or text me, or I guess call me if you don't know how to do either of those. I prefer you don't, though. So please don't call me. Nothing personal, I just don't want to talk to you. Email in the link above, phone number is (5seven4)8four9-five9seven0. That's annoying, but apparently we're supposed to type out the words in place of numbers now. I see a lot of people doing that.

    Okay, here's a picture:

    Peugeot Canyon Express

Saw this on CL this morning:
    http://denver.craigslist.org/bik/2976844398.html

I had the 87 version of this bike for a couple weeks. I sold it because an emergency came up. My wife got the US Express which we kept.
It was such an amazing experience, being able to hop curbs, cut across fields, everything I wished I could do on a road bike.

Edit: OK I'm an idiot, posted to the right forum

This bike is a Triace Road bike, unbelievably light at 8 LBS.
It is in excellent condition and I am selling it because I can't ride anymore.
    Model# S503.
It sold in Wallmart for $400. and is comparable to other brands costing much more.
Please look for yourself on line for its characteristics so you will know for yourself.
    I am asking a firm $250 dollars.

I don't know... who disassembles a Wal-Mart bike except to remove those parts which are locked to a bike rack? The bicycle theft rate in this area supports my theory...

This is a modified men's Next Mountain Bike. I wanted to make this as durable as possible, so I stripped all the gears and brakes, and installed a shimano coaster/backpedal brake. I also replaced the plastic pedals with nice magnesium alloy ones, and repainted it. Its a lot of fun, the mechanics are simple, it's dead quiet, and there's basically nothing you can do to break it. Wheels are 26".

The paint is scratched, and the seat is falling apart.

    Asking $65, O.B.O.

Please call or text with questions at 559-492-8103.
Forgive the Wal-Mart hate here, but... really? A modified NEXT? Nothing you can do to break it except ride it, since it's a NEXT.
