Specialized 4-position adjustable stem(click for pic). Black with white stripes. 1 1/8" steerer, 31.8mm clamp. Can be run in +8°, -8°, +16°, or -16°. Comes with their offset top cap(needed to use the stem). Just not my cup of tea, pretty nifty design though.
All City 17T Track Cog(again, click for pic). Black. 1/8". No issues, nice cog, just changed to an 18T chrome one.

I'm not too sure about the MTB, but I've been dealing with Dura Ace's 9sp series for the past few days. If the Principia is full Dura Ace, then you're dealing with the 7700 series, which I believe came out in 1997.

Not sure if you want a road bike or a triathlon bike, but do take note of the geometry of the Principia.
