dDidn't mean to exaggerate my 10K time, 1:20 or so for me. Same point though, that just doesn't seem like enough time to be reward territory. The reward is a scoop of ice cream. I had lap band surgery, so ice cream is on the big no-no list. But ice cream is also my kryptonite and thinking I can't have it at all just makes me focus on it way more than is healthy. Bright line rules tend to work very well for me with my eating, so 50 miles = 1 scoop of ice cream; 49 miles = no ice cream. Gets me riding a lot :-) Nutritionist seems to be okay with it, she gets way crankier about how much bacon I eat.
