I'm 5'11 and 212-215 lbs. I don't think "Clydesdale" is an offensive term; in fact, it's sort of "classy." It beats being called "Jabba" or "Meatball."
I'm planning on getting below the 200 lb mark pretty quick, once I get my bike in about a week (it's on order). I think I'll be doing quite a bit of riding. I'd like to get down to about 170 lbs, and I don't think it'll be that tough, given the amount of time I plan on riding.

I thought 225 would be a good 'end game' target but maybe that would be fat now too.
