Please help me find a bike in Newcastle NSW for Jan 2010 holiday

Greetings,

I have been blessed with the opertunity to vacation in Newcastle NSW from Jan 10 thru 20 next year. I would like to rent a bike locally to maintain my health/fitness. I've searched the web but have only found local shops that sell bikes. If someone could point me toward a shop that rents used bikes that could help me also. I like to ride the roads and will ride gravel paths, I do not ride single track trails.
